Wonderland, Siquijor: Makerspace

Led branding, programming, and business management at Wonderland, a guesthouse and community makerspace built around shared tools, learning, creativity, rest and play. I shaped Wonderland's brand identity, developed its programmes and retreats, and grew its operations into a sustainable, scalable enterprise, introducing co-design and custom-built organising tools.
